If you are renting a Dedicated Server from Lumison, then we offer a support package that includes the following for £100 (excluding VAT) per month.

This document details our support offering as of 23rd April 2008; if you enter into a support agreement with us, we reserve the right to change the agreement, in which case we will give you one month's notice of our intent to do so, and publish the new agreement at http://www.fiennes.org/hosting/support.
Please note that you will not have root access to servers that we support, and that we cannot support servers unless root access is handed over to us and Lumison is notified that we are the technical contact for the server.
We will make sure that updates (including security patches) to the packages supplied by Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 are applied in a timely manner. Where application of these packages would involve an interruption to service (e.g. having to shut down the database, or reboot the server), we will contact you to arrange a suitable time at which to apply the update.
We can manage packages not supplied by Red Hat by prior agreement only.
We will backup any data you require to our offsite storage facility, at a frequency of your choice.
Note that the amount of data and the frequency at which you back it up will contribute to your bandwidth costs. However, this is mitigated by transferring only the changed data to the backup server.
We recommend backing up the databases and files that make up the websites you host on a weekly basis, unless you have a site which has many changes on a daily basis, in which case we can do daily backups.
One of your two complimentary monthly support tickets can be used to burn a CD/DVD of the last backup of the month which we will post to you.
We will provide two complimentary 30-minute support tickets as part of your support. Extra tickets can be purchased.
